If you can’t tell by now, Matt and I like to eat meat, hearty meals, and set out to try all the burger and steak places around. We have loyalty to DMK for burgers but every once in awhile venture out to a new spot (especially if it’s cold and windy and in walking distance).

A good foodie friend of mine has been talking about Etno for awhile since it opened in the ‘hood. A Groupon (plug) popped up and so I decided what the hell, it’ll make me try it sooner than later.

It’s exactly what it looks like from the outside, a cute little spot with a cozy interior and simple menu. Enough people in it, but you could find a place to sit. Loved it. All the workers were nice too.

We had the Etno and the Cason burgers, and were both super happy. I loved the dijon and PEAR combo on the Cason, and the grilled veggies on the Etno. Great burger, cooked right. Fries were good too! I think next time we go back, I’d like to build my own – they have a lot of unique ingredients for you to play with.

One of my more favorite burger spots – check it out. Also – they deliver now!
