tips & tricks tuesday

so if you’re trying out some of these recipes (and i know some of you are) – here are some things that help me in the kitchen.

  • wet your hands when handling ground beef to help minimize over-working and stickiness! (@foodnetwork)
  • when boiling eggs, add a pinch of salt to keep the shells from cracking.
  • before you chop chili peppers, rub a little vegetable oil into your hands and your skin won’t absorb the spicy chili oil.
