so if you’re eating light this summer – read: salads, etc – here are some tips on how to spice ’em up!
add some of these items:
- olive oil adds some richness
- lemon juice!
- cheese (because you should add cheese to everything)
- fresh herbs
- chopped boiled eggs
- sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts for texture
