so if you’re eating light this summer – read: salads, etc – here are some tips on how to spice ’em up!

add some of these items:

  • olive oil adds some richness
  • lemon juice!
  • cheese (because you should add cheese to everything)
  • fresh herbs
  • chopped boiled eggs
  • sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts for texture
