the lowdown:

    • ★★★★★ get your reservation now.
    • $$ (~$15 a dish) – small plates
    • casual
    • good for groups
    • reservations recommended
    • great wines and cocktails
    • neighborhood:  west loop

i love this place, and try to go as often as i can. and i tell everyone to go. so, yes, come here with a few friends and try a ton of plates. every dish is inventive, exciting, and flavorful. stephanie the top chef winner is just a winner at life.

reservations are recommended (and be aware, you’ll be a few months out) but if you’re wanting to try your luck – the bar/lounge is first come, first serve and full menu. be ready to pounce!! little goat will be open soon, her diner. you should sign up for the email newsletters for her recipes and fun musings.

i wish i could articulate how great this restaurant is, but i’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

recommendations/must gets: get something from every section. crowd pleasers: the broccoli, specialty bread, pork shank,  ah, and the goat belly = heaven.
