I just roasted some sweet potatoes two days ago, they cooked in 30 minutes but were soft, not crunchy. Do you know the trick for making them crunchy?? Were these ones crunchy?

  2. @Liz, they were crisp on the outside and soft inside – not too crunchy. i’m not a fan of crunchy :/
sweet potatoes are tougher, though. i usually go a little longer for them, maybe 45 min?
