a nice take on tuna salad, without heavy mayo and tons of flavor.
avocado tuna salad
prep time: 15 min | serves: 2
what you need:
- 1-2 avocados
- 1 lemon
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can tuna
make it happen:
- cut avocados in half and scoop out middle into a bowl. leave a little flesh in the shells.
- add lemon juice and onion to the avocado fillings and mash together.
- add tuna, salt and pepper.
- stir to combine and adjust flavors as needed.
fill shells and serve!
enjoy! it’s paleo too (if you’re into that.)
