avocado tuna salad

wedding diet is in full force. and i’m a heavy snacker. here’s a healthy and quick snack for you guys!

a nice take on tuna salad, without heavy mayo and tons of flavor.

avocado tuna salad

prep time: 15 min | serves: 2

what you need:

  • 1-2 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can tuna

make it happen:

    • cut avocados in half and scoop out middle into a bowl. leave a little flesh in the shells.
    • add lemon juice and onion to the avocado fillings and mash together.
    • add tuna, salt and pepper.
    • stir to combine and adjust flavors as needed.

fill shells and serve!

enjoy! it’s paleo too (if you’re into that.)
